Welcome to IberLingua Grove. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and online platform offered by IberLingua Grove, located at 2847 Calle de Velázquez, Floor 4, 28006 Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing and using our online platform or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
IberLingua Grove specializes in Spanish language education and tutoring. Our services include, but are not limited to, personalized language tutoring, conversational practice sessions, cultural immersion workshops, exam preparation (e.g., DELE, SIELE), and corporate language training. Services may be offered both online and in-person.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration or booking process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Use our services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of our services by any third party.
- Adhere to scheduled class times and provide timely notice for cancellations or rescheduling as per our cancellation policy (detailed below).
4. Payment and Fees
All fees for services are clearly stated prior to booking. Payments must be made in advance for scheduled sessions or courses unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not apply to services already paid for.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- For individual tutoring sessions, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid being charged for the session.
- For group courses and workshops, specific cancellation policies will be provided at the time of enrollment. Generally, refunds may be partial or not available depending on the notice period and course commencement.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- IberLingua Grove reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability). In such cases, affected students will be offered a full refund or an alternative session/course.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and provided during our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of IberLingua Grove or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission from IberLingua Grove.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. IberLingua Grove does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IberLingua Grove, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
